Use of microscopes is limited to those users who have already been instructed.

As usual you may book any equipment you’ve been trained on via our booking system. 

For the use of the Jeol JEM1400 TEM, please ‘do not’ book additional time slots until you have used your current booking time.

For those who are not able to image on their own, the microscopy imaging has to be taken care of by a staff member from EMCF. 

Please note that, depending on political and university regulations, the conditions of use may be relaxed or tightened at any time. So please check our website or ask us directly.

For new projects, we can offer initial online or telephone discussions as well as full service projects where the sample preparation and electron microscopy analysis is taken care of by EMCF staff.
